Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access or use https://tweeeks.com (“Tweeeks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tweeeks.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These Terms are a general starting point for the current service. Review them against your actual product features and applicable law before relying on them as a final legal document.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.

2. Using Tweeeks

You may use Tweeeks only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must not:

3. Content and visibility

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant Tweeeks permission to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the features you choose to use.

Ordinary user posts and profile details are not intended to be publicly visible at the time these Terms were prepared. Marketplace product listings, Pages, and Spaces may be public and accessible to people outside your account or outside Tweeeks. You are responsible for checking visibility settings and avoiding information you do not want made public.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. Do not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material. We may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

4. Marketplace listings

If you create a marketplace listing, you are responsible for the accuracy of its description, images, price, availability, and other information, and for complying with laws that apply to the product or transaction. Do not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited items. Unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise, Tweeeks is a platform and is not itself the seller of user-listed products. Users should independently assess counterparties and transaction details.

5. Pages and Spaces

Pages and Spaces may be public. Their owners and contributors are responsible for the material they publish and for ensuring they have permission to use names, images, and other content. We may limit or remove a Page or Space that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal, or security concerns.

6. Third-party services

Some features, including Google Sign-In, may rely on third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Tweeeks is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account or activity violates these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, or harms the service or its users. Where appropriate and practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using Tweeeks at any time.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service, including for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tweeeks is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

11. Governing law

Applicable law and dispute-resolution rules depend on the operator of Tweeeks and the jurisdictions in which the service is offered. Before launch, replace this section with the governing-law and venue terms reviewed for your business and applicable law; do not assume a jurisdiction without confirming it.
